This tool is capable of organizing up to eight distinct campaigns, each designed to help pay off a church mortgage ranging from $1 million to $10 million. The APP facilitates systematic planning and execution, empowering congregations to reach their financial freedom goals efficiently and permanently.
Start a campaign - The church App can launch a campaign with two primary goals. First, we aim to pay off the existing church mortgage. Second, to purchase a new building to better serve our congregation and support the wider community in need.
Customization – The Church Mortgage Burning App can be tailored specifically for your church to help facilitate fundraising efforts. By customizing the app, your church can engage both the congregation and church lenders in a collaborative campaign to raise the necessary funds for paying off the mortgage.
Funds Collected
During the church's Mortgage Burning Campaign, a dedicated APP was developed and customized to manage all financial contributions received. The APP is specifically configured to ensure that every dollar collected throughout the campaign is deposited directly into the church's checking account. This approach streamlines the donation process and guarantees that all funds are properly allocated for the intended purpose of paying off the church mortgage.

QUARTERLY CMB APP MAINTENANCE FEE
$1,500.00
A quarterly maintenance fee of $1,500 will be required for the duration of the campaign. The purpose of this fee is to maintain mortgage burning app to raise $500,000 up to $10 million. The campaign is expected to last between 1 and 3 years. In addition to the quarterly maintenance fee, an amount equal to 3 percent of the total funds raised through the campaign will also be collected. Before making any quarterly maintenance fee payment, please review your church mortgage payoff agreement for detailed terms and additional information.
